I have just installed a remote starter for my '90 740 GL and it does its job well. The car starts/stops with the remote BUT without the key in the ignition, in the run position, I have an SRS warning light and no heater blower, wipers or radio. Once the key is in and turned, no problems.
I have both of the accessory wires (blue/yellow) hooked up to the proper lead but am wondering if there is a physical connection in the ignition assembly that activates the SRS.
Volvo has really dropped the ball with access to SRS wiring diagrams, it is not in my manual or online.

Anybody??
