coolant leak 140-160

the heater pipe on the back of my head(L shaped) has a pin hole in it now. I put JB Weld on it as a temp fix for now. Has any one had amy luck getting them out of the head with out pulling it? "And are they avalible any where?
The engine was just rebuilt but it looked good 8 months ago.
