Can you get the pure stuff anymore (Antifreeze).??

Pepboys has deal on ANtifreeze/coolant, the new name for water and ethylene glycol. I don't buy water to drink in bottles, and I don't want to buy it for my car either.
Anyplace still sell the pure stuff, at a reasonable price (less than $8 /gallon)?
The Pepboys deal is 50/50 stuff for $4.44/G after a rebate.
