245 tailgate hinge rubber gaskets to my rescue? 200 1989

It seems as though years of compression, sun and heat have flattened - and pretty much disintegrated - the rubber gaskets sealing the tailgate hinge to my 245's hood. The driver's side is bad. Now I have an issue where the hinge is slicing into the hood of the car like a hacksaw into metal. I've tried shimming them, but alas, it's not effective. My brick is very sad.

Does anyone out there have a spare set of hinge gaskets or hinges with gaskets to trade/sell, know where to source new gaskets or, have devised a way to somehow reproduce these suckers?
