I know, I know... but can I get by with Jiffy Lube just to flush my ATF? 200

I am about to drive from L.A. to Vegas and back and my rebuilt automatic transmission just hit 20,000 miles. I'd like to flush the transmission and change the filter before I go but I just don't have the time to do it myself. I know the quick lube places are a no-no, especially when letting their big muscles get near an aluminum oil pan. What do you think, will she survive if I only let them touch her ATF lines?
