non start issue 900 1996

same '96 960 as just mentioned in my previous post..on cold start up, car starts normally, runs fine...if car not allowed to run for a while, and only runs for a minute or three(god bless alternate side of the street parking), car will not re-start for up to a half an hour....warm weather gremlins???
