Engine just gave up the ghost! Help! 120-130

My 1963 122s is my daily driver and it stopped the other day. I tried to get it running again and couldn't. Checked fuel and spark and both were good. I had a vintage Volvo mechanic do a compression test on it today and the news is very bad. Two cylinders don't have any compression and the other two are around 90. It also holds no pressure on an 80# pressure test.

It's amazing it has got me from point A to point B and could go 70 mph everyday the past three years. Odometer has been broken since I bought it but it looks like it could be the original B-18 and could have 300 or 400k on it.

Anyway, I need a new engine and I don't know if I can afford a complete rebuild. I also figure it might be time to go to a B-20 now anyway.

Anybody have a good warranteed engine that passes a stringent pressure and compression test? What would be the going rate for a rebuilt engine anyway?

I need something soon since I drive my boy across the city to school everyday.

Thanks!
