I'm replacing the HS6s on my '68 B18 with HIF6s. They came with the air box that takes the Volvo 679658 filter. Took old filter with me plus reading an old post had me finding filters that fit but too high. Here is an older post on the topic.

Every filter I checked into seemed to cross reference but ended up being too thick. I stopped at NAPA today and there 2170 filter was a perfect match. Someone tipped me on a WIX 42170 filter. The guy at NAPA suggested that there filters were WIX and the number was about the same if you just take the leading 4 off.
