Can not open the back hatch on wife's wagon from outside or inside. I took off the lock linkage, the pin moves back and forth. The handles both inside and out move freely, and I've sprayed liberally with PB Blaster. It sticks like it just isn't releasing, I guess because it isn't releasing. Any suggestions welcomed.
Is the mechanism removable with the hatch in place?
