89 240 No Start - Has Fire 200 1989

Hello Everyone:

My 89 240 has decided not to start.
I have checked for spark and I do have good spark when cranking.
Also check fuel pump relay by switching out with my spare - could feel and hear the spare and new relay click - still no start.
Also checked fuse 4 - fuel pump and relay fuse - with key on, no
power to either side of fuse - fuse checks good.

I am thinking fuel pump(s) or fuel injection computer.

One interesting ting I found when changing fuel pump relays is I noticed Rust on
the fuel pump relay and connector.
So I inserted and removed the spare relay several times to
clean the connection. Still no start.

Any help would be appreciated.
