Questions on cambelt replacement 900 1995

Hi All
I'm planning on doing this myself soon. I've read all the tips/hints and procedures but had a couple of questions if I may trouble you for the answers:
1) After aligning the marks on the cam an crank pullies and removing the belt, is there not a tendancy for the camshafts to shift a little due to the valve springs pushing against the camshaft? I would have thought it best to try to "lock" the camshafts in place somehow...? I can see it being tricky to try to line them up against any pressure from the spring while trying to put the belt on correctly. I can't see the crankshaft shifting but maybe the camshafts....

2) I plan to change the water pump too.Is there a way to drain the engine coolant other than removing the rad hose? An old Fiat of mine had a tap (fawcet) at the bottom of the rad. is there something like this on a 960?

3) I plan to drive the front of the car up onto ramps so as to gain access from below. This'll work right? (IE: I don't need to remove the front wheels for any reason to do this job do I?)

Thanks all.
Pete
