M47 leaking rear seal replacement nightmare?? 700 1988

I have a leak at the rear seal of the transmission that I discovered while under the car yesterday. How much of a PIA is it to replace on the rear seal on the M47 transmission? I also have a bad right motor mount and I was wondering if this could have caused the damage to rear seal. It seemed to happen right after the motor mount failed. Thanks!
