Hi all,

About every month or two, my 1988 240 won’t start when trying to restart it within about 5 minutes of turning off the ignition. It will sometimes restart after several tries, or else after waiting about one half hour or so. Does this sound like the fuel pump relay? The one that’s in there is only about a year old. It’s the cheaper “Kay” one from FCP Groton. I had re-soldered the original, which gave me several more years of use, but then it had started acting up again.
