How much is an '86 DL worth 200 1986

Hey all,

I was recently told about an '86 240 DL sedan for sale in my local neighborhood - it's currently owned by a friend of a friend. What little I know about the car is this: it's an automatic, and has just 107k miles on it. The mileage is actual. I was also told that the wiring harness was replaced a few years ago as well. I've seen the car a few times and it appears to be in decent condition, with some paint fade on the hood and roof.

How much do you think I should offer? If I had to guess a price, I'd have to say no more than $1,300.
