Which 240 should I keep? All opinions welcome. 200

So my fiancee and I are moving to Las Vegas in June and it's time for me to decide which 240 we are going to take out there. We can't take both out there with both of us driving separate cars because I have severe Fibromyalgia and she has a bad back. Thus we will need to alternate driving so we're both not in sheer agony.

With that being said it's now decision time because both of our cars need some work before we move out there to make sure we have a safe and smooth journey. I also have pictures of both vehicles so here we go! :

#1. 1991 240. This is my fiancee's car. I have kept good care of it since she's driving it and I never want anything to happen to her while she's driving. Her car has 258,000 miles on it and I just did the water pump and timing belt. We bought it in June and that has been the only work I have had to sink into it besides routine oil changes and replacing the front pads and rotors. Cosmeticwise this car is in awesome condition with it only having one spot of rust on the driver side rear quarter panel with a quarter sized spot of rot now forming there because of the wonderful Rhode Island salted roads. To make this car mint it would need:
-4 tires. ( I have them already.)
-Wheel alignment.
-In line fuel sender. ( I have that too. It's noisy now so it's on its way out.)
- Rear muffler. ( I have that too.)
-Rear brake pads.
-It needs a new overdrive switch on the tranny. I've replaced the switch and relay. It clicks but no tickie into overdrive. Voltage and everything was ok running to and from the relay.
-The blower motor is on its way out. It makes a GOD AWFUL ANNOYING sound when you turn it on when the car is cold.

The underside of the car is mint with absolutely no rust and it even has a sunroof which works great. I thought that would be great out in Vegas and my fiancee doesn't know how to drive a stick. ( And my 86 is a stick.)

I absolutely adore my 1986 244. It is 1 out of 100 made in this colour swatch and is a Canadian model. This colour swatch was used on P1800s but NOT on 240s which makes it even more rare! Because this car was made for the Canadian market during the 80s, there weren't any torque restrictions in Canada during the time whereas the US was starving cars' engines to increase fuel economy. I had my friend dyno this car at New England Tech and his eyes bulged out from how much LB./FT. of torque this car was pushing. I don't have the numbers with me on this laptop, but it was pushing more torque than a 240 turbo. The car is a 4 speed with push button overdrive and is a real blast to drive. I just put Virgos with Lexington tires on it last week and man it looks awesome now.
The only thing my car needs is a new blower motor as it's very noisy. However a major knock on this car is that it has body rust/rot on the floorboards but not in the common areas. This car has only 120,000 miles on it and runs like it just came out of the dealership in 1986! Nevada only has emissions testing so body rot underneath the car isn't a problem. I'm just worried I'm going to make a huge mistake by selling the wrong car! Here are them both. The '91 is dark blue.

I think I should keep the '86 and teach my fiancee to drive a stick. What do you guys think!
