Not Volvo Removing Fluid in Brake Booster

A question was asked on another forum ( Ford). It seems this person had his Fuel Regulator go bad and somehow filled many of his vacuum lines with fuel. He feels he may have filled his Brak booster with Fuel.
How would he clean that up? Maybe siphon it out of the Vacuum tube going into the Booster?
