Cant go faster then 60km/h -HELP 700

Ive just put in a new (genuine) Rubber Flex disk and (aftermarket) centre bearing, (genuine not made anymore). Now the car vibrates badly at 60km/h approx 35mph. Taken car to two mechanics with no result. The Transmission mount is very very soft does that sound like the problem??..Daryl
