Need a hand, please.

Replacing the in tank fuel pump. Everything loose except the electrical connector where it comes in at the top.

Does it actually come off? It looks to be sealed, non removable. I know that I have to pull the pump out and turn ...but the shortness of the wiring there makes it really difficult.

Thanks for any and all help.
