Idling jumps up when it's at the operating temp. 200 1982

Greetings to you all.

My ’82 (with K-Jet, B21F-MPG), has been developing some idling issue(again.) It always starts just fine but when it is cold out side, the idle is very low, rough and sometimes it stalls before the engine warms up completely. Since the ambient temp is warmer now, it no longer stalls initially, although I think it still idles a bit rough and low. The bigger issue is that it idles high, suddenly (around 2300+/-). It seems that it happens after the engine is at the operating temp. It doesn’t happen always either…

When I looked into the CIS system, I have already replaced faulty Air Control Valve with a new along with the cold start injector/thermal time switch.

I am puzzled. ANY help/suggestions are appreciated!!

Toshi
