Hi! all. I was trying to fix some rattling noise coming from the alternator. While replacing the bushings, I found that the two holes on the alternator body frame, where there the center bolt goes through, is all worn and enlarged. It would be that even I replace the bushings, the rattle would still happen.

Anyone had this problem before? Is there a fix other than buying another alternator? The current one is working fine!
