SU/problems?

Rebuilt B1800, new plugs, points, condenser, wires, coil, distributer cap, and later model distributer. Carbs rebuilt by Barongray a few years ago (just put on rebuilt engine), and installed and adjusted on his car. Engine starts instantly, but runs very rough. It will rev up, but it isn't running on all four cylinders. When reving the engine, the piston in the front carb raises and lowers with a change in rpm, but the piston in the rear carb moves very little. It runs too rough to attempt setting timing and dwell-I've just rotated the distributer to best position. I have checked for vacumn leaks, emptied and refilled the dash pots with lighter oil, checked for free movement of carb pistons (they both feel the same). I've looked at the position of the jet sleeve-both look the same. Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. You can reply on Brickboard, or by E-Mail Thanks.
