Performance with Weber carb 120-130

Hi.. I just signed up.. I have a 1967 122s with a B20 engine that I recently purchased.. The SU carbs were removed and replaced with a weber carb with an electric choke..I pretty well have it ready for the road now in fact took it for a few short drives.. I was just wondering how much power I am losing with the weber,,if any,,as opposed to the SU s.. It didn`t seem to have the same zip as my old 1963 122s with the B18 and SU s.. Mind you the last time I drove it was 1973 so it may have seemed pretty zippy back then.. Another funny thing is that the speedo is the old MPH type but it seems to register in Kilometers per hour as my brother in law checked it with his GPS and it is almost right on KPH.. The speedo will say 80 MPH but the GPS says 50 mph which would be exactly the same as 80 KPH equals 50 MPH.. The car came California so it seems a bit odd.. I live in Canada so it works out great for me.. I was just wondering if a different speedo gear or something was replaced with at one time with a KPH type.. Or maybe the speedo is just shot and it was a fluke.. Cheers!!
