Re-seal windows and windshield 140-160

In my '72 145, it appears that my windshield and 2 long side windows (above the cargo area, both sides) are leaking. Has anyone tried their hand at resealing them at home, or should I really call someone? I am really inclined to try it myself, so if someone knows of (or can provide) a good walkthrough, I would be appreciative.
