Odd looking Classic 240 for sale on Ebay. 200

There is a 1993 "240 Classic" for sale on Ebay that
seems quiet odd. Item # 130372045034.

There are no pictures of the body available.
The picture of the speedometer looks odd.
The picture of the 240 Classic Limited Edition plate
on the dash also shows a section of the fuel gauge,
but the fuel gauge looks different then the gauge on
my 240 models.
Is the instrument cluster different on the 1993 Classic?
