Upper wishbone bushings 120-130

I have my carbs and manifolds off right now, and thought it would be the perfect time to replace the upper bushings on my 65 wagon.At some point the right side bushings were replaced with what looks like bits of inner tubes. As I was going through the box of parts that came with my car when I bought it in 06, I found a pack of upper bushings. Just wanted to ask for advice on replacement. According to my manuals, it looks pretty simple. Any tips?
