Compressing front brake caliper pistons? 120-130

Any tips or tricks to compress the front brake pistons to make room for fresh pads? I'm used to being able to swing the caliper out of a bracket of some type, and then being able to get a piston compressor in there. The way the 122 calipers are mounted, the brake disc seems like it is very much in the way of any of the compressors I've used.
