A few months ago my wife's car wouldn't start. We haven't really needed it and the times I had to work on it typically coincided with rain (I'm in Seattle), so it's been sitting in the driveway.
When I parked it, it would turn over but not start, so I'm pretty sure it had something to do with the fuel system. I read up on the FAQ and then re-soldered the fuel relay last night.
I put the relay back in this morning and then went to try it out and I can't get it to turn over. It's not the battery (I've had it on a charger). The starter would grunt but it's like the engine has seized or something.
Suggestions?
