740 timing belt 700 1991

I just changed the timing belt on my 740. I followed the directions in the FAQ and everything appears to be correctly lined up. Is there a way to tell if the belt is on correctly with the engine running? Also the pulley on the crankshaft seems to be vibrating a bit. Is this normal?
