Greetings, all!

Anyone have any ideas on making the accelerator pedal feel like a normal car? All of my 240's have felt like a truck because the spring is so stiff. Has anyone out there replaced the spring with a gentler version or modified the throttle linkage in any way to make the drive more pleasant and less tiring for my foot?
