Dash lights dimly on... Alternator? 200

Started the car since 24 hours and these lights are dimly on:
Service
Battery (little brighter)
Parking Brake
Brake Failure
Light Bulb Warning

The ABS was on for while (4-5 mins) but they were all dimly lit as compared to when they were vibrant upon starting.

Alternator is showing 0 charge...

New Volt Brushes?
