dropped a Q-tip down oil passage 200

yes, it's true... doing a head gasket and was cleaning the head bolt threads out with q-tips and dropped one down oil passage number 2. it went out of site and is probably sitting in the bottom of the pan...

dang :(

the big question is: leave it there or go get?
