Euro-style lens for front turn signal 200 1991

We've got a 91 244 that I put euro headlights and turn signals on some years back (I got all of the pieces from a private party on ebay). Anyways, I came out to the parking lot last night and the left front len was missing (no ideas what happened, but no pieces on the ground, no screws in the assembly).

Any ideas where to get a replacement? I tried the dealer, but it looks like they're not available here.
