1985 Idle speed hunting 200

She's doing it again. Helga seems to be bent on driving me nuts. Today, the idle speed crept up to 2000 RPM (in park) and then dropped to 1500 and then to 1000 before settling down at 700. I pulled up to the post office and put it in park and she did it again. Low mile 1985 N/A with LH 2.2 with recent idle air control replacement (for the same reason). Flex hose between AMM and TB is new. Any ideas?
