There's been talk about the Daniel Stern Relay upgrade for the H4 E-Code upgrade.
With Stock Headlights, has anyone Checked the voltage difference at the battery and at the Headlight while the car was running with lights on? Is it a 1 volt drop or more? Has anyone done the relay upgrade on the OEM lights and really noticed a brightness gain?
