Canadian 240 still kickin' my butt! 200 1989

Had to take a break from working on this '89 245 w/b-230f. Thanks to all that responded to my original post dated March 6. I will not go over all that we discussed back then, but as you may recall the last problem I had was that the car would fire for a moment then stall with gas soaked plugs. Many of you spoke about the pink label ecu and this car does have a pink label 561 ecu.
After putting in a new O2 sensor (from a Mustang) I sure don't have the flooding problem now, because car won't start due to no fuel pressure, I still do have spark.
When I jump from fuse 6 to either side of fuse 4 I get very little spark and no fuel pump response of any kind. The fuel pump relay does click when key is turned on and I have tried a relay from my 88-740 that is known to be good. Also I removed cover from relay and engaged second set of points with no different result.
I did try a 563 ecu from my 91 780 (B-230ft) with no change. Shouldn't the fuel pumps run when jumping fuse 4 to 6 regardless of the ECU??
Also, Art - you showed a picture of jumper wires for emergency use with a 561 ECU, I have no idea of which terminals to jump around.
This seems like a problem I have created, and am in the process of double checking all I have done. I have cleaned many ground connections and in process of doing more.
Thanks to all of you for your comments and puttin' up with my long winded rants!
