Heater fan and rear wiper failed at same time fuses are ok. 900 1991

Fellow Brick heads:

I am hoping there is a common thread with them both failing at same time. Also the fuse for the amp blew a few weeks ago and I have not checked the amp yet. Are there some wires grounding out? The main wipers work. Are the heater fan and rear wiper on the same circuit.
