BB:

I have a Volvo VDO Ambient F 52mm gauge that came with my '91 245 with cut off wires at the gage. It is loose in the dash and I want to get it to function.


The date on the gage is 10.82 so it must have been a find at a PNP by the previous owner. I do not have the sender that I think is to be placed under the front left bumper.

1/ The bulb has (2) wires out (1) grey and (1) black the connects to a terminal marked - with a black pigtail out. Another terminal marked + has a blue/red wire out, and the last terminal marked G has a yellow wire out.

Can you designate the correct outputs IE:

where does the black pigtail connect

where does the yellow connect

Where does the blue/red connect

Where does the grey connect

And lastly can I get a sender that is the correct sender for this gage from VDO? Anyone know the correct #?
