Antenna lead routing? 200 1990

PO had replaced the stock stereo in my brick, and for some reason never reconnected the antenna lead. It's not just disconnected, the antenna lead is just coiled up in the trunk. Does anyone know how I should go about rethreading the wire back to the stereo? Hopefully it won't involve dismantling the interior to reconnect the wire.
