Is Tooth Belt the same thing as Timing Belt? And general belt naming question... 200 1993

A few belt name questions from a newbie:

1. V-belts are all of the v-shaped belts for the driveshaft to the A/C compressor, alternator, and power steering pump?

2. Are the above collectively called "drive belts"?

3. Is the "tooth belt" the same as the "timing belt"?

4. Are there any other belt names (especially British!) that might throw off a new guy?
