Hot Starting 120-130

I have a B20 enine with a webber carb,, the electric choke type.. It seems to start fine when the engine is cold but when warmed up after sitting for 15 minutes or so it is tough to start.. I have to turn it over for 3 or 4 seconds before it will fire so it must not be getting gas.. Does anyone know the starting procedure for a hot engine,,ie: no pumping,, pump it,, pump the H*ll out of it,, etc.. I quess at some point I will get it right but I thought someone might know.. Thanks!
