I see there were other posts on this problem, I have replaced the lock plunger and made sure all linkages and handle are hooked up and working free.

It can always be unlocked by cycling the central door locks but locks at no specific interval.

Possibly time to look into the wiring between the hatch and body?

Not a big problem but just irritates me!
