Ebay rack rebuilder OK? 900 1994

So the rebuilt steering rack I put in 2 years ago is leaking and is out of warranty. I see on Ebay a place in Florida that will rebuild them for $125 with a quick turn around. Their Ebay satisfaction rating is 99%. Does anybody have any experience with this? It is half the prices of Eeuro or Groton for a rebuilt.
