Changing rear drive flange seal on AW-70 200

I'm replacing the seals on my AW-70 on my '93 244 and I looked in the Bentley manual and it shows that I have to use Volvo special tool #5149 (Fig. 7 on page 435-5) for the rear drive flange oil seal. Does anyone know of an alternate method to hold the yoke still while I remove the flange? Thanks in advance.
