I noticed last light that my lights pulse mildly at low RPM. I just cleaned the alternator and the brushes are good. A bad spot on the rotor that I didn't clean well enough? Could it be anything else? Bad diode?

(I don't have a tester with me but will check when I'm back home this evening.)
