Greetings,
I need to remove the speedo on my 1979 245 to replace the voltage stabilizer. Other than 2 screws holding the bottom in, is there a secret to removing the cluster? I have read that the speedo has a tamper proof cover that must be broken in order to unscrew the cable? I seem to have no trouble breaking plastic parts on this car!! Any ideas or suggestions greatly appreciated.
