Headlight failure 900

Hi everybody
My daughter 1993,940 sedan developed a headlight failure.The parking light comes on but as soon i turn the switch to head light (switch all the way to the right) then the parking lights go off and i get no headlight.
Here is what i did so far without any success.
Checked all fuses and cleaned all grounds behind fender.
Swapped a bulb failure relay (red round relay).
Swapped main lights relay and high/low switch near the steering wheel.
Swapped the light switch itself.
Swapped the ignition switch.
Don't know what to do now,and i appreciate any help provided.
