Warning - bulb out 700

I get an orange warning light on the dash cluster any time I turn on the high beams. Both high beams work. Looked over all the other lamps, fogs, parking, turn signals and brake lights all work as expected. The last thing I had to repair was a passenger fog lamp. Thought that would solve the problem but it didn't. Anyone have a suggestion? Am I missing something?
