Replacing valve stem seals--Tips and Tricks needed 140-160

Hello once again,

I intend on replacing my valve stem seals in an effort to solve my heavy smoke from the tail pipe on deceleration issue.

Any tips and/or tricks on how to do this with the head on the car?
