Not many postings in this section, so here is my contribution. Rear pads were getting thin so I went to get some replacements. For my V90 there were two types, ones with holes and ones with springs. I bought both, figuring to return the ones I didn't need.
I needed one 15 mm open ended spanner and a 13 mm ring to remove the top bolt and the caliper just pivoted down. Now I knew I needed this type of pad.

Removed the old pads, cleaned up the bearing areas, fitted new pads and the new bolt( four supplied in kit)and the job was done. Twenty minutes a side! Easiest pad change I have ever done.
