Used to live in Ballard (traditionally Scandinavian district), absolutely stunning number of Volvos there, especially early models. Also a big Saab area, with a Saab-only repair shop.

First thing my neighbor did when I moved there was to bring over his IPD catalogue.

As for the video, not sure what to make of it, rather bizarre
